1. Application

2. Short listing

Successful candidates will be shortlisted for interview by the participating companies. You will receive e-mail confirmations on the progress of your application. Don’t worry if you don’t hear from us straight away – most of the selection process happens around 1week to 10 days.

3. Invitation

As soon as a company selects you for an interview, you will receive an invitation to attend. This is an ongoing process, with the final list of invited candidates ready around 2 weeks before the interview.

4. Your interview

Once you confirm your attendance, we will schedule your interview(s) and your personal interview schedule will be sent to you via email.
