Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website is operated by Bhardwaj & Company, part of Bhardwaj Group (“we”, “us”), an overseas recruitment agency established in 1974. We decide how and why your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it. Head office: 401, Dheeraj Heritage, S.V. Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai 400 054, India. We do not ask for passport numbers, bank details, religion, caste or health information through this website. Please do not include them in your CV or messages. If you are shortlisted, any further documents needed for a specific job are collected directly by our team.
Consent
We process your data with the consent you give when you tick the consent box and submit a form, and where the law requires or permits us to. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing mail@bhardwajgroup.com (see Your rights). Withdrawing does not affect anything already done, but we may no longer be able to consider you for vacancies.
We do not make recruitment decisions about you by automated means. People on our team review every CV and enquiry, and the employer makes the final selection.
Who we share it with
- Prospective employers: when you are shortlisted, we share your CV and the details relevant to that role with the employer.
- Government authorities and embassies: as needed for visas, emigration clearance and legal obligations.
- Medical centres: approved centres that carry out pre-departure medicals.
- Service providers: our website host (GoDaddy) and our email provider, which store and deliver data on our behalf.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
We never sell personal data. Because we recruit for employers abroad, your data may be transferred to the country where the job is located, such as the United Arab Emirates, Qatar or Oman, and our service providers may store it outside India. Enquiries received by our Dubai office are shared with, and processed by, our head office in India. We transfer data only where it is needed for your recruitment or enquiry, and you consent to these transfers when you submit a form.
How our forms work
When you submit a form, it is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered by email to our office. CVs are attached to that email and are not kept on the web server. Only our recruitment staff have access to the office inbox.
How long we keep it
Retention periods are shown in the table above. When a period ends, or you withdraw consent, we delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, including your CV;
- stop using it (withdraw consent);
- let another person exercise these rights for you if you die or are unable to act yourself.
Email mail@bhardwajgroup.com with the subject “Data request”, or write to our head office. We will confirm your identity before acting, and we aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UAE: where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies, you may also ask us to restrict or stop processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a commonly used electronic format. Contact our Dubai office at rakesh@bhardwajgroup.com.

Cookies
This website does not use cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details of the limited browser storage the site uses.
Age
Our recruitment services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption and security headers, checks uploaded files, and limits repeated submissions. Only authorised staff can access the office inbox where submissions arrive. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send more information than the forms ask for.
If a personal data breach affects your information, we will tell you without delay what happened, what it may mean for you and what we are doing about it, and we will report it to the Data Protection Board of India and, where the UAE law applies, the UAE Data Office, as the law requires.
Language
If you would like this notice in Hindi, Marathi or another Indian language, email mail@bhardwajgroup.com and we will provide it.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and change the “last updated” date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.

By using this website you agree to these terms. The website gives general information about Bhardwaj Group’s recruitment services. It does not form a contract with you.
No guarantee of employment
Submitting a CV or enquiry does not guarantee a job, an interview, a visa or a placement. Vacancies depend on employer requirements and can change or close without notice. Final selection is made by the employer.
Information you send
You must give accurate information and only send documents you are entitled to share. Do not upload files containing malicious code, or submit false, offensive or automated entries. We may remove or ignore submissions that break these rules.
